This project involved delivering a robust Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution tailored to the demanding environment of nuclear power plant construction and operations. The solution was built to ensure full regulatory compliance, security, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, while improving process efficiency and collaboration across departments and suppliers.
The ECM platform provides end-to-end lifecycle management of engineering documents, technical records, communication logs, and project requirements. Emphasis was placed on digital trust (e.g., electronic signatures), workflow automation, and interoperability with enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and national electronic mailbox services.
Key architectural principles included role-based access control, modular workflow configuration, and separation of permanent (folders) and temporary (packs) document structures. The solution successfully addressed complex coordination challenges through scalable process automation, secure document handling, and real-time integrations.
