Senior AI Engineer

Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems across our client projects. You will work on multi-agent architectures, inference pipelines, and model integration layers. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will write code daily, solve hard technical problems, and push the boundaries of what AI systems can do in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production AI systems including multi-agent architectures and inference pipelines.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate LLMs and foundation models into client applications with focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to internal tooling, frameworks, and best practices for AI development.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills.
• Deep experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, or similar).
• Experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments.
