Role
As a Delivery AI Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered systems for our clients. You will bridge technical depth with project execution, ensuring that complex AI solutions move from prototype to production reliably and on schedule. You will work closely with client stakeholders, guide engineering teams, and make architectural decisions that balance innovation with pragmatism.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of AI projects from scoping through production deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers working on multi-agent systems, ML pipelines, and AI integrations.
- Make architectural decisions and ensure technical quality across the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify risks early and proactively adjust plans to keep delivery on track.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in AI/ML delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Python, modern ML frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Experience with agile methodologies and technical project management.
