Role
As an Architect of Agentic Systems, you will design the foundations for the next generation of autonomous AI. You will own the end-to-end architecture of multi-agent platforms — from coordination protocols and memory systems to tool orchestration and safety boundaries. You will work alongside research teams and client engineers to translate bleeding-edge AI capabilities into production-grade systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architecture of multi-agent AI systems across client engagements.
- Design coordination protocols, memory layers, and tool-use frameworks for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate frontier AI models into deployable systems.
- Establish architectural standards and review practices across engineering teams.
- Prototype and validate new agentic patterns to stay ahead of the evolving landscape.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems or AI.
- Proven experience designing and deploying agentic or multi-agent AI systems.
- Strong command of Python and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
- Ability to reason about trade-offs across reliability, latency, cost, and safety.
- Experience working in or with research-oriented engineering teams.
